Strategic Plan & Annual Implementation Plan

All Victorian government schools participate in a 4-year strategic planning cycle to support school improvement and to meet the requirements of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 (Vic).

The AIP operationalises the 4-year School Strategic Plan (SSP).

All schools must prepare an AIP each year which outlines how the school will implement the goals and key improvement strategies (KIS) that will be their focus for improvement in the coming year.

Annual Report to the College Community

The Annual Report to the School Community (Annual Report) provides principals and school councils with an opportunity to share the year’s achievements and progress with the wider school community. This includes reflecting on the school’s performance and explaining the positive impact of school improvement efforts on student outcomes.

The Annual Report is a summary report of our achievements in 2020, as measured by various data sets and relative to like-schools, where possible. This report comes to us largely pre-populated and then the commentary is completed by school leadership.

An Annual Report is required by the Victorian DET and the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority each year.

We are delighted to share our Annual Reports with our community each year and we warmly invite you to download and read it.
